What is the return policy?

Return & Refund Policy

At Pilareta, we are committed to delivering products that align with your lifestyle and expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return.

Return Policy

14 days of purchase.
Unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A fee of Rs.250 will be charged on every return.

Refund Policy

Standard delivery charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
