Return Policy

14 days of purchase.
Unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A fee of Rs.250 will be charged on every return.

Refund Policy

Standard delivery charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To initiate a return, please hit on the return button on your order link, and we will take it from there.

Payment Policy

At Pilareta, we currently accept only online payments through secure and trusted payment gateways available on our website. This includes credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking options.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. This helps us maintain an efficient and contactless service experience, ensuring your orders are processed promptly and safely.
