Return & Refund Policy

At Pilareta, we are committed to delivering products that align with your lifestyle and expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return.

Return Policy

14 days of purchase.
Unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A fee of Rs.250 will be charged on every return.
The return policy does not apply to Grip Socks and to Accessories.
Cash on Delivery orders are subject to confirmation. We do not offer returns or exchanges on COD orders. Trial before payment is not available. Payment at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy

Standard delivery charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
This policy does not apply on COD orders.

To initiate a return, please hit on the return button on your order link, and we will take it from there.

Payment Policy

At Pilareta, we offer our customers the convenience of both secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Online payment options available on our website include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking, all processed through trusted and secure payment gateways.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, please note that exchange and returns are not available. We request customers choosing COD to place their orders thoughtfully, as all such purchases are considered final.
